I am a professional graphic designer with a background in marketing and over 10 years experience. All of my artwork is custom drawn. Payment Options Once the auction has ended, Payment can be arranged via paypal or money order. 2. Questionnaire Form Within next business day of payment received, you will be emailed a questionnaire. You will be asked to provide specific information regarding your company/business. This step assures you receive logo designs most suitable and appropriate for your professional needs. 3. Logo Design Upon your reply, you will receive 3-5 logo proofs within 3-5 business days(Mon- Fri, exclude Holidays) via email . You will be asked to choose one of the logos that works best for you. 4. Stationery and Banner Once your logo is complete, we will move on to designing your stationery materials. 5. Unlimited Revisions Once you have chosen a logo, you will be able to make any modifications necessary to meet you satisfaction. 6. File Formats Your final files will include 1 VECTOR EPS file for commercial printing, 1 PDF File, 2 JPEG files in 300 dpi in CMYK and B&W, 1 GIF or JPEG in RGB color mode optimized for the web. Will I own the rights to my logo can I copyright/trademark my design? A. Yes, you will own the rights and be able to copyright/trademark. Your design will be created specifically for you and be a complete original. You do not have to worry about another company using your design. Q. What if I am not satisfied with my designs? A. Unlimited revisions are offered with my design services. We can modify any of the designs until you are completely satisfied. If you decide upon review of initial concepts that you do not wish to continue services, a 50% refund may be issued. This request must be made prior to revisions. Q. I already have a logo design that needs to be redrawn. Do you offer this service? A. I can recreate an existing logo design as is or with an updated look. Many people have logos that they have been using but run into printing issues because they do not have the required printing files.
